Booking Policy

1 Select a suitable date through Google Calendar. A booking is confirmed once the service, date, location and payment arrangements have been accepted in writing.
2 Private bookings are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved operators and training organisations may arrange account terms in advance.
3 Pay online through Payfast by entering the agreed amount and your name with a booking or invoice reference below, or pay by EFT. For EFT, send proof of payment with your name and booking date to roedolfdel@gmail.com.
4 Complete the online questionnaire before the test where one is supplied and bring the documents listed on Test Preparation.
5 Request cancellation or rescheduling in writing as soon as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows may attract a reasonable charge under the cancellation terms.
6 Weather, aircraft unserviceability and other safety or operational disruptions are handled under the operational-delay terms.

Select a date and time that works for you via the online calendar, then pay the agreed amount using Payfast or select Banking Details to pay by EFT.

Enter the amount agreed with Roedolf, in South African rand. Include your name and booking date or invoice number so your payment can be matched.
