Training & Instruction

Operator Proficiency Checks
Minimum session fee: R3,000
1 pilot: R3,000
2 pilots: R5,000
3 pilots: R7,500
Includes briefing, checks, debriefing, paperwork and up to 3 hours of duty time.
Additional duty time: R1,000/hr
Charter Pilot Services
Additional duty time beyond 3 hours: R1,000/hr
Maximum professional fee: R7,000 per day
Away-from-base overnight allowance: R1,500 per night
Transport, accommodation and meals are for the client’s account.
Maintenance Test Flights
Includes up to 2 hours of duty time.
Additional duty time: R1,000/hr
Duty time is calculated from the agreed reporting time until release.
Subject to the required pilot qualifications, ratings and authorisations.
Utility Pilot Services
Half-day minimum: R4,000
Full-day minimum: R8,000
The greater of the applicable minimum fee or the actual flight-time charge will apply.
Away-from-base overnight allowance: R1,500 per night
Transport, accommodation and meals are for the client’s account.
Cross-Border Operations
The daily rate applies to operational, standby and travel days.
International travel, visas, work permits, accommodation, meals and local transport are for the client’s account.
All fees relate to professional pilot, examiner or instructor services unless specifically stated otherwise.
Aircraft hire, fuel, landing fees, navigation charges, ATO fees, SACAA fees and other third-party costs are excluded.
Travel, accommodation and related expenses are excluded unless agreed in writing.
